Is it permissible to file a lawsuit against an airline to demand substantial compensation for a flight delay, knowing that the actual damage incurred was minor?

The prescribed (time-bound) remembrances, such as the morning and evening supplications, are not made up if their time has passed, and there is no blame on the Muslim for that. As for the absolute remembrances that are not time-bound, one may perform them whenever they wish.
