Is the saying, "May Allah establish and perpetuate it," a Sunnah upon hearing "The prayer has been established"?

Scholars have differed regarding the recommendation of repeating after the muqim (one who calls the iqamah). According to the view that it is recommended, one should say "Qad qāmatiṣ-ṣalāh" (The prayer has begun) and not "Aqāmahā Allāhu wa adāmahā" (May Allah establish it and perpetuate it), because the hadith containing this phrase is weak. The general rule for the adhan (call to prayer) and iqamah is to say "the same as what the mu'adhin says," except for "Ḥayya ‘alaṣ-ṣalāh" (Hurry to the prayer) and "Ḥayya ‘alal-falāḥ" (Hurry to success), for which one says: "Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh" (There is no might or power except with Allah).
