What is the ruling on a woman performing ghusl if she sees dryness after menstruation, then notices a light brown color mixed with urine when relieving herself immediately after seeing the dryness and before performing istinja'?

Yellowness (Ṣufrah) and brownish discharge (Kudrah) are considered menstruation during the accustomed period, especially if they are continuous with blood. If a woman sees dryness after her accustomed period has ended, she must perform ghusl (definition) (ritual bath), and any yellowness or brownish discharge she sees after that is not to be paid attention to. However, if her accustomed period has not yet ended, and she sees brownish discharge after seeing dryness in the last days of her accustomed period, then it is considered menstruation, and she should not perform ghusl until it ceases.
