Does the husband sin by neglecting his wife's rights and deserting her, especially with his claim of being afflicted by envy and not desiring her, and his infrequent marital relations and inability to ejaculate?

A man must treat his wife with kindness, and if he has more than one wife, he must be just between them in lodging, and not prefer one over the other except with the latter's consent. If he fails to do so, he is sinful, unless the wife willingly waives her right. However, intercourse does not require division among them. We advise you to be patient and to counsel your husband to maintain his ruqyah (incantations) and adhkar (remembrances), and to cooperate with him in obedience to Allah.
