We advise combining Quran memorization with a gradual study of Hadith, starting with concise works like "Al-Arba'in an-Nawawiyyah" (An-Nawawi's Forty Hadith), "Umdat al-Ahkam," and "Riyadh as-Salihin" (Gardens of the Righteous). Then, one can expand to "Bulugh al-Maram," "Al-Muntaqa," and "At-Targhib wa At-Tarhib," eventually reaching the major Hadith collections. This should be accompanied by reading concise jurisprudential texts such as "Minhaj al-Muslim." It is preferable to study under scholars. As for young children, they should be encouraged in their religion by having them memorize the Quran and Hadith related to virtues. Recreational sessions should be held to narrate the lives of the Pious Predecessors and Prophets, with stimulating questions posed and diligent children rewarded. One can benefit from the book "Tarbiya al-Awlad fi al-Islam" (Raising Children in Islam) and the children's section on IslamWeb, and by consulting experienced individuals.
