What is the ruling on seeking help and assistance from creation in matters they are capable of, and is it better to refrain from it? Is it permissible to seek mediation to obtain a job?

There is no harm in seeking assistance from a created being in matters they are capable of, such as requesting intercession for a job. However, it is preferable for a person to seek help from Allah and strive to fulfill their needs independently, to avoid being indebted to people. But if it is highly probable that the intercession will achieve the intended purpose, such as obtaining a job that will free one from constant need, then seeking intercession might be preferable.
