Is it permissible to take money from a person who is drunk and unconscious, and would this money be lawful for the the one who takes it?

Consuming alcohol is a major sin, and one who drinks it should be advised and reminded of the punishment. The punishment for drinking alcohol is lashing. It has been established that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his Companions did not punish a drinker by taking his money, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "All of a Muslim is inviolable for another Muslim: his blood, his wealth, and his honor."
