Is it permissible to take a small amount of money -50.0- from a person who spends it on fornication and drinking alcohol, without his knowledge, due to dire need for the sake of children and an unemployed husband, with the intention of seeking forgiveness and considering what was taken as a charity for its owner?

It is forbidden to consume people's wealth unjustly, whether they are righteous or wicked, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves wrongfully." The sacred texts do not differentiate between the wicked and the righteous, nor between whether the one taking this wealth is in need or not. The questioner must repent to Allah and return what she took to its owner, for it is not permissible to treat a disobedient person with disobedience to Allah.
