What is the ruling concerning a pregnant woman who insists on fasting despite her exhaustion and frequent vomiting, out of fear of having to make up the days, and what should be done about informing her that her fast may have been invalidated based on a mistaken belief?

Whoever is overcome by vomiting does not have to make up for the fast. It is obligatory to repent from issuing religious rulings without knowledge and to beware of doing so in the future. To inquire about the permissibility of breaking the fast due to pregnancy, please refer to Fatwa no. 31187.
