The answer

Vomiting intentionally invalidates the fast, whether it is from a man or a woman, pregnant or not pregnant. The one who does so must make up for it by fasting a day in its place, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever vomits intentionally must make up for it." As for unintentional vomiting, it does not invalidate the fast.
