Is saying "Ya Allah" (Oh, God!) out of astonishment when addressing someone considered disbelief, and what is the ruling on that?

Saying "Ya Allah" (O Allah) out of astonishment or the like is not disbelief. However, addressing another person with it is disbelief. If it is in a probable context, the ruling depends on the speaker's intention. The questioner is advised to turn away from whispers of disbelief, ask Allah for well-being, and occupy themselves with beneficial knowledge.
