What is the meaning of the Hadith: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rak'ahs, it will be for him like the reward of a complete, complete, complete Hajj and 'Umrah"? Does it include women? Is it a condition for doing so not to speak with people or to cut oneself off from worldly matters? And are the two rak'ahs mentioned the Duha prayer or the Ishraq prayer?

The Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation" includes both men and women, due to the generality of the word "whoever." Thus, a woman who prays Fajr in congregation is hoped to receive the reward. The Hadith reported about whoever sits remembering Allah after the Fajr prayer until sunrise, and then prays two rak'ahs, receiving the reward of a complete Hajj and 'Umrah, is specific to men. However, a woman hopes for the reward if she does so. What is prescribed after the Fajr prayer is to engage in remembrance and not to speak except out of necessity. The two rak'ahs of Ishraq are the two rak'ahs of Duha. If they are prayed after the sun has risen to the height of a spear, they are both Ishraq and Duha. If they are delayed until the end of the time, they are only Duha.
