Am I entitled to claim compensation for arbitrary dismissal at the labor office due to my refusal to be involved in actions that are religiously and legally illicit, and should I report these violations?
A Muslim must obey Allah's commands and avoid His prohibitions. It is forbidden for him to expose his workers to disobedience of Allah, and it is not permissible for workers to obey him in that, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator." Whoever is unjustly dismissed from his work, there is no blame upon him to take his case to the competent authority. There is no harm in reporting violations that led to arbitrary dismissal, as long as it does not result in greater harm.
