Does the secretion of a dark yellow, viscous fluid from an oral inflammation, with a slightly salty taste, affect the validity of fasting and prayer, especially with its continuous and uninterrupted flow, the swallowing of saliva mixed with it, the use of household utensils, sneezing droplets, and the discharge of slight blood from it? And is this fluid considered impure, nullifying ablution and prayer, knowing that the doctor described it as a natural secretion, unlike blood and pus?

The whispers have reached an excessive level for you. The matter is easier than what you've made it out to be. What comes out of you, in its worst state, is like blood, and it may be excused due to hardship. As long as you are afflicted by whispers (waswas), you may follow the easiest opinions until Allah cures you. You are not required to rinse your mouth or perform ghusl, and there is nothing wrong if you swallow it, nor does swallowing it invalidate your prayer. We ask Allah to cure you from these whispers, and we advise you to persistently supplicate and humble yourself before Allah, and to distract yourself from these whispers. We also recommend that you consult a trustworthy psychiatrist.
