Will Allah accept an apology from a person who wronged others (slapped a girl, ignored another, and hit a maid) but was unable to apologize to them directly due to various circumstances, and thus contents himself with seeking Allah's forgiveness and pardon to clear his conscience?

The fundamental principle regarding repentance for violating human rights is that it is not complete unless the wronged parties forgive the transgressor or are enabled to exact retribution. However, if it is impossible to seek forgiveness from the wronged person due to their absence or because doing so would lead to greater harm, then the questioner should fear Allah as much as she is able, increase in performing good deeds that expiate sins, and seek forgiveness and supplicate for those whose rights she has violated.
