Is the supplication answered on Laylat al-Qadr throughout the entire night or at a specific moment within it?

Laylat al-Qadr is a magnificent night in which there is much good, and in it sins are forgiven for whoever observes it with faith and anticipation of reward. A Muslim should utilize this blessed night by performing night prayers (Qiyam), making abundant supplications (Du'a), repenting (Tawbah), seeking forgiveness (Istighfar), reciting the Quran, remembering Allah (Dhikr), and engaging in all other forms of worship. The blessings of this night extend from sunset until dawn; it is entirely goodness and peace from evil. Laylat al-Qadr is not a specific moment, but rather the entire night is a time for supplication and all other acts of worship.
