Is supplication answered on Laylat al-Qadr, during the nights of the last ten days of Ramadan, and throughout Ramadan as a whole, and is there evidence for that?

Supplication (Du'a) is one of the prescribed acts of worship on Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree). The best supplication is that which was narrated in the Hadith of Aisha: "O Allah, indeed You are an Pardoner, You love to pardon, so pardon me."

Performing Qiyam (standing in prayer) on Laylat al-Qadr and reviving it with Tahajjud (night vigil prayers), prayer, and supplication is better than prayer in which supplication is not abundant.

Laylat al-Qadr is sought in all the last ten nights [of Ramadan], and supplication during them is prescribed and hoped to be answered.

The answering of supplication in the month of Ramadan is hoped for while fasting and at the time of breaking the fast, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There are three supplications that are not rejected: the supplication of the parent, the supplication of the fasting person, and the supplication of the traveler."

As for the Hadith: "Ramadan has come to you... and in it, supplications are answered," it is not authentic.
