Is it permissible for the husband to take his other wife on a vacation without the consent of the first wife, and does she have a right to this vacation?

A husband is not permitted to travel with one of his wives for a temporary journey except by drawing lots or by the consent of the other wives. If he does so and travels without fulfilling these conditions, he must compensate the other wife(s) for a period equivalent to the time he spent with the wife with whom he traveled.
