What is the ruling on marrying a girl while concealing a bad trait from her prior knowledge?

Allah Almighty commanded His servants to speak kindly to people. Among good speech is advising Muslims and avoiding deceiving them, especially in matters that last, such as marriage. You erred by concealing that bad habit, which you knew she disliked, unless you had resolved to abandon it. In that case, we hope there is no harm in it. However, if this habit is such that it prevents the girl from enjoying conjugal life or makes cohabitation difficult, then she has the right to annul the marriage. In both cases, the marriage contract is valid; its continuation or annulment depends on the wife's acceptance of this defect.
