The answer

It is permissible to deal with the Zionist enemy if it brings about an apparent benefit for Muslims, such as warding off harm or securing a benefit, without compromising or cooperating in sin or aggression. This is supported by the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, agreed to the request of the polytheists out of reverence for the sacred rites of Allah. Furthermore, Ibn Hajar stated that leniency in religious matters is permissible, especially if it leads to safety and rectitude. There is also the statement of Al-Sa’di regarding the permissibility of striving for connections that protect Islam and Muslims, and that reform is required according to one’s ability and capacity, even if it leads to establishing a republican governance to obtain religious and worldly rights.
