Do forum moderators' neglect of their responsibilities constitute a trust for which they bear the burden of sin?

The forum moderator must carry out the supervisory tasks assigned to him because he is entrusted with them, as Allah Almighty says: "And those who are to their trusts and their covenants attentive," and His saying: "O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]." He is not permitted to neglect them, for that involves deception. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives is not from me."
