Is drinking from the River Kawthar exclusive to the Hawd (Basin), or does it also include Paradise?

The River Kawthar is a river in Paradise whose banks are domes of hollow pearls and whose mud is the most fragrant musk. From it, water pours into the Basin of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which is also called Al-Kawthar. It has vessels as numerous as the stars and planets in the sky, and whoever drinks from it will never thirst again. The believer in Paradise will drink from Al-Kawthar whenever he wishes.
