Abu Talhah is Zayd ibn Sahl al-Ansari al-Khazraji, one of the virtuous Companions. He fought before the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, on the Day of Uhud, and said to him: "My chest is a shield for yours." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The voice of Abu Talhah in the army is better than a whole faction." He passed away in the year 34 AH.
