Is it correct to rely on the hadith: "Invoke blessings upon Allah's prophets and messengers, for Allah sent them just as He sent me," in Fatwa no. 50240, given that its chains of transmission are weak?

Scholars differ on the authentication and weakening of Hadith (definition). Some have judged the aforementioned Hadith as weak, while others, like Al-Albani, authenticated it based on its various chains of transmission, citing Hadith from Abu Hurayrah, Anas, and Wa'il ibn Hujr. They argue that the Hadith attains the rank of Sahih (definition) (authentic) due to the absence of impugned narrators in its chains. Al-Sakhawi also pointed out that Al-Majd Al-Lughawi authenticated the chain of Anas's Hadith, and Abu Nu'aym mentioned a Mursal (indirect) Hadith with a حسن (good) chain. He further indicated that Abu Hurayrah's Hadith, despite its weakness, can be used for corroboration.
