How authentic is the Hadith: "Whoever loves a people will be resurrected with them, and whoever loves the deed of a people will be a sharer in their deed"?

The first phrase, "Whoever loves a people will be resurrected with them," has a meaning supported by authentic hadiths such as: "A person is with whom he loves" and "Whoever loves a people, Allah will resurrect him in their group." Scholars have mentioned that Al-Hakim narrated the phrase without a chain of transmission, but it is corroborated by the hadith "A person is with whom he loves," and by Al-Tabarani and Al-Diya' with the wording "Whoever loves a people, Allah will resurrect him in their group." As for the second phrase, "And whoever loves the عمل (deed/action) of a people will be included in their عمل (deed/action)," it has not been found.
