2. The questioner is not obligated to fast until the signs of puberty are confirmed, because the default state is non-puberty.

3. She must make up for the days she missed in Ramadan starting from the confirmation of puberty. If she doubts whether she fasted or not, she must make them up.

4. Negligence in seeking obligatory knowledge, when learning is possible, is a sin for which one will be held accountable.
