Who was the first to fill in the well of Zamzam?

When Jurhum caused sacrilege in the Haram, and belittled the rituals, and some of them transgressed against others, the water of Zamzam receded and disappeared. Then Al-Harith ibn Madhadh al-Asghar buried whatever wealth of the Kaaba he possessed within it. It remained buried until Abd al-Muttalib came. He saw in his dream someone commanding him to dig it and guiding him to its location, so he dug it.
