What is the fate of a girl born illegitimately, and how can she go to school and to the hospital without official papers?

A child born out of wedlock is not attributed to the fornicator but rather to his or her mother. If it is difficult to attribute the child to the mother in official documents, then he or she can be attributed to a non-real name, a servant of God, such as so-and-so, son/daughter of Abdullah or Abdurrahman.
