Is it permissible for a woman who sometimes forgets parts of Al-Fatiha or a short Surah in her prayer to continue her prayer with an audio recording of Al-Fatiha and all the actions of the prayer?

An elderly woman who has reached the age of senility and lost her mind is not required to pray, because sanity is a prerequisite for religious obligation. However, if she is aware and rational but forgets Al-Fatiha, she is still required to pray, and it is permissible to teach her Al-Fatiha and the actions of prayer using a recorder or another person.
