We have previously clarified that the permissibility of dealing with advertising companies is subject to several conditions, including: that the advertisements must be permissible and not promote what is forbidden, that subscribing to browse advertisements must be free of charge, that the compensation for browsing must be known, and that there should be no deception in the advertisements. What is prohibited in the described scenario is paying money for subscription. If the dominant activity of the website is permissible, then there is no harm in dealing with it. However, it is not permissible to bring in a subscriber who is known or highly likely to engage in prohibited dealings with the website.
