In the Shafi'i school of thought, must a woman wash her damaged hair that fell out during menstruation after it has ended?

A woman must wash her entire body, including her hair and skin, according to the Shafi’i school and others, as stated in "Asna al-Matalib." Thick hair must be washed during ghusl (ritual bath) due to the lack of hardship, unlike wudu (ablution) which is repeated daily.
