What is the ruling on a woman going out to work if it is not out of necessity?

If a woman's work is permissible, and she adheres to the Shari'ah guidelines in her going out, then there is no harm in it for her, even if she is not compelled to do so. However, the safest for her is to remain in her home, raising her children and caring for her husband, for her work in the home cannot be filled by anyone else.
