Must the Imam consider the weak and elderly during the Tarawih prayer?

The Imam is required to lighten the prayer in Taraweeh and obligatory prayers, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever among you leads the people in prayer, let him lighten it, for among them are the weak, the young, and those with needs." Thus, the Imam should consider the conditions of the congregants and encourage them to pray. Prolonging the prayer causes hardship and deters them. A prayer in which people humble themselves is better than a prayer that causes boredom and laziness.
