Does "clothed yet naked" include men and women or a specific group?

Scholars have differed in their interpretation of "clothed yet naked" mentioned in the noble Hadith. Among their interpretations are:

- That they wear thin clothes that do not cover their awrah (private parts) or that reveal their allure.

- That they wear clothes but are naked of the garment of piety and gratitude.

- That they cover some parts of their bodies and uncover others, displaying their condition.

Accordingly, a woman wearing transparent clothes that reveal what is between her navel and knee in front of other women falls under this severe warning.
