It is not permissible to seek divorce because the husband married another woman, as this is a right permissible for him with its conditions. If the husband does not divorce his first wife, she remains under his marital authority, and it is not permissible for her to refuse to fulfill his rights; otherwise, she would be sinful and disobedient.
