Is a married woman's nocturnal emission about someone other than her husband permissible or forbidden?

The sleeping person is not held accountable for what occurs from them while they are asleep, due to the hadith: "The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens..." And it is obligatory for a woman to perform ghusl if she experiences a wet dream and sees seminal fluid, due to the hadith of Umm Sulaym: "Is ghusl obligatory for a woman if she has a wet dream?" So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Yes, if she sees water."
