Is it permissible to demand the application of man-made laws, given the existence of judges who cause aversion to Sharia due to their poor rulings, which may exceed the Sharia-prescribed punishments for grave sins like consuming alcohol, thereby tarnishing the image of the judiciary in Islam?

What was mentioned is an exaggeration, and judges are not infallible. The error of a mujtahid (a scholar who exercises independent reasoning) is forgiven. Those who perceive errors must strive to correct them through sincere advice and consultation with scholars, and it is not permissible to demand the application of man-made laws. Ruling by other than what Allah has revealed is one of the gravest evils. Judges must fear Allah in their rulings, ensuring they conform to what Allah has legislated, and they must fear Allah in their official working hours.
