What is the ruling on selling land for a partnership in exchange for calculating its value, or a portion thereof, as shares for the seller?

There is no objection to making the "Family Fund" an independent member of the company and allocating profits to it. There is also no objection to you selling the land to the company and taking the full price, or contributing it or a portion of it to the company.
