Is it permissible to take the sum of one million Egyptian pounds—the difference between the announced price for new buyers (three million) and the actual price of the land (two million Egyptian pounds)—as profit for the original buyers, and how should this amount be distributed, if it is permissible, given that the initial amounts paid by each of them were unequal?

If the intention is to sell the land, then it is permissible for you to increase its price beyond the purchase price, as long as it is a bargaining sale. The profit will be distributed among you according to your agreement. If you do not agree, then the profits will be divided proportionally to the capital contributions.

However, if the intention is to enter into a partnership with others, then, according to the majority of scholars, a partnership using existing assets (like land) is not permissible. Nevertheless, some scholars have permitted it on the condition that the assets are valued at the time of the contract. In this case, you would partner with them based on the value of the land that you mutually agree upon at the time of the contract, and the profit would be distributed according to your agreement.
