Incest is one of the gravest and most heinous forms of adultery, indicating a foolish mind and a perversion of the natural disposition. The person who commits it must be advised and warned about Allah. He can also be threatened with exposure to deter him. If he does not repent, it is preferable for his wife to seek divorce from him, even if it means compensation.
