Is marketing a business project through 5-star ratings and writing general comments on Google Maps permissible in Islamic law, given that ratings are available to everyone and do not require a purchase or visit to the place? If not, is it permissible to complete one pending order to avoid problems, and then apologize for the rest of the work?

The evaluation must be based on knowledge and honesty. It is not permissible to evaluate what is unknown or what does not deserve evaluation. If you are truthful and have sufficient experience to evaluate the client, there is no harm in that. Otherwise, it is not permissible for you to give a positive rating (five stars) to a client about whom you know nothing, because that falls under lying, false testimony, and deception, which are major sins. The soundness of one's religion takes precedence over fleeting worldly interests, and whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
