Is it permissible to work in a place where dogs are present, knowing that the job involves maintaining computer devices in a company that manufactures animal protection and feeding supplies, and employees are allowed to bring their dogs?

There is no objection to working in this place, provided precautions are taken to avoid contact with impurities, because a dog is impure in all its parts. Whatever its saliva or wet body touches—whether a body, a place, or a garment—must be washed. There is no objection to working in this field, as showing kindness to animals is something that Islamic law generally encourages. In the Hadith, it is stated: "For every wet liver (living being), there is a reward."
