If a Muslim woman marries a disbeliever while she is Muslim, she has committed a great sin, and her marriage is invalid by consensus. She must separate from him immediately and not allow him access to herself as long as he remains a disbeliever. If he converts to Islam and she wishes to marry him, a new, legitimate Islamic marriage contract must be performed. As for her acts of worship, they are valid as long as she is a Muslim and performs them according to Islamic law.
