What is the ruling on working in a company where there are women who are "kasiyat ariyat" (clothed yet naked), given that there is no other work available?

You must distance yourself from sources of temptation, and you should seek a suitable job that does not expose your faith to temptation. If you are in need of this job, then remain in it until you find a permissible alternative, while lowering your gaze and not mingling with women except when necessary, and associate with the righteous. If you leave this job out of piety towards Allah, Allah will compensate you with something better, for He says: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent."
