What is the ruling on an employee taking out a car loan on a murabaha basis from a bank, in the employee's name, with the company committing to pay the installments?

The validity of the contract with the bank is to be examined, whether it is permissible or not. Based on this, one may proceed with it or not, regardless of who makes the payments.
