What is your advice to me regarding my request to those in charge of the mosque to lead people in the Maghrib and Isha prayers as an Imam, considering that I am 25 years old and strive to revise the Qur’an, but I do not favor leading people in prayer? And what is the reward for the Imam in prayer?

You are advised to be an Imam for the people in the aforementioned mosque if there is no impediment, because the Imamate carries immense reward if one fulfills its duties properly. Performing it is better than abandoning it, and it may become an individual obligation if there is no one else suitable for it.
