What is the evidence from the Qur'an for freedom of expression and the right to offer opinion, advice, criticism, and objection?

The Holy Quran emphasizes that humans have freedom of action, but with responsibility. It also acknowledges the diversity of opinions, as stated in the Almighty's words: "And if your Lord had willed, He would have made mankind one nation; but they will not cease to differ." The Muslim community, both men and women, enjoys the freedom of enjoining good and forbidding evil in every human activity. Nevertheless, Islam is a religion of moderation, and its freedom is restricted by what conforms to the Sharia.
