Is a scrupulous person who does not feel anything has exited after purification required to inspect his garment for impurity, or should he ignore the doubt, perform ablution, and pray?

"Whoever is affected by intrusive thoughts (waswās) during ablution (wudūʾ) should stand up and perform ablution without paying attention to them. They should assume the original state, which is that nothing has come out of them. They should also not inspect their garment or look into it, as this is considered giving in to the intrusive thoughts."
