What can I do about repeatedly forgetting the Tashahhud during prayer, which forces me to exit and not complete it?

Reciting the final Tashahhud in prayer is a pillar without which the prayer is invalid. If the questioner does not memorize it, she should bring a paper on which the Tashahhud is written so she can read from it.
