Is it obligatory to repeat the prayer when in doubt about forgetting the first Tashahhud and forgetting the prostrations of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw)?

If the doubt about omitting the first Tashahhud occurs after the prayer has ended, nothing is required of you. However, if the doubt occurs during the prayer, then the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) is recommended.
